Ingredients
4 servings

1 lbpasta shells
or any short pasta

1 lbground beef
or beef chunks

1onion
diced

3cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoonolive oil

1 teaspoonitalian seasoning

1 teaspoonpaprika

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

1 cupbeef broth

1 cupheavy cream

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Brown the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef (or beef chunks) and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Remove excess grease if necessary.
Step 3
Saute the aromatics: Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Step 4
Create the creamy sauce: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 5
Add the cheese: Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
Step 6
Combine with pasta: Add the cooked pasta shells to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
Step 7
Serve and garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a little extra cheese on top before serving.
