Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2
Prepare Garlic-Cream Cheese Dip: Roast garlic bulb, sesame seeds, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small baking dish for 25–30 minutes. Blend with cream cheese, herbs, and chili flakes till smooth.
Step 3
Prepare Date-Curry Dip: Blend dates, walnuts, and garlic clove in a blender. Add cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yogurt, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Blend again until smooth.
Step 4
Prepare Pepper-Cream Cheese Dip: Chop the red bell pepper. Blend with feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 5
Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
