Easy Cinnamon Apple Chia Seed Pudding
A simple and cozy Fall-inspired chia seed pudding with cinnamon and apples. Perfect as a make-ahead breakfast!

Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and milk. Stir until well mixed.
Step 2
Add yogurt, ground cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until combined.
Step 3
Gently fold in the diced apples.
Step 4
Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours until it thickens.
Step 5
Stir the pudding before serving and enjoy!
