Instructions
Step 1
Warm olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Step 2
Add potato cubes, beans, broth, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.

Lower heat, simmer 20 minutes until potato is tender.

Mash a few beans with the back of a spoon to thicken.
