Step 1
Remove the salmon skin, cut into bite-sized cubes. Place into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the seasonings, honey and soy sauce; mix to coat.
Step 3
Add to air fryer on 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
While that is cooking, slice the spring onions and avocado; microwave the rice.
Step 5
Construct your plate: Add half the rice, salmon, spring onions and avocado. Drizzle over the Sriracha mayo and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
