Instructions

Step 1
Dump the frozen hash browns in a 6 quart crock pot
Step 2
Cut the cream cheese into chunks and place on the potatoes.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients. Stir and cover. Cook on high for 4 hours. Stir well and serve.
