Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove, rest, then slice.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Add red pepper flakes if using.
Step 6
Toss in cooked pasta, spinach (optional), and sliced chicken. Stir to combine.
Step 7
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm.
