Instructions
Step 1
Mix warm water with yeast & sugar & let it sit for 10min.
Step 2
When it’s foamy, add the olive oil and yogurt.
Step 3
Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients by using the dough hooks in the beginning. Keep kneading until the dough is smooth. Cover and let it rest for 1h to rise.
Step 4
When the dough has doubled in size, divide into 6-8 balls and roll them as flat as you like.
Step 5
Fry them in the pan with a lid on, 2min each side.
Topping
Step 6
For the topping:
Melt around 50g butter.
Mince 2-3 garlic cloves Mix together and add some parsley & coriander. When each flatbread is ready, stack them on a plate and brush the butter/garlic mixture on them. Do it straight after cooking.
