Instructions
Step 1
Peel the banana and halve lengthwise.
Step 2
Place banana in your meal prep container. Top with half of the fruit, then a layer of yogurt and then the rest of the fruit.
Step 3
Sprinkle granola and shredded coconut on top just before serving to keep it crunchy.
