2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsppaprika
1 tspground cloves
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbspblack pepper
1 TbspChilli flake
For stock
Instructions
Step 1
Mix herbs and spices in bowl
Step 2

Spread over pork shoulder without skin and marinade in fridge for 12 hours
Step 3
Mix stock cubes with 2 water and place in slow cooker with marinated pork shoulder
Step 4
Slow cook for 8 - 10 hours
Step 5
Shread and add back to liquid in pot and mix
