400gplain 0% Greek yogurt
120g1/3 fat cream cheese
cilantro
chopped
green onions
227gextra sharp cheddar
80greduced fat mozzarella

Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken breast. Sauté onions until browned.
Step 2
Add tomato paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, butter, and fire-roasted tomatoes to the pot.
Step 3
Mix in sugar or sweetener, paprika, chili powder, spicy curry powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Cook on high in a slow cooker for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
Step 5
Cook shell pasta to 50% of the time indicated on packaging.
Step 6
Combine pasta water, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garam masala, cheddar, and mozzarella.
Step 7
Mix the cooked chicken with pasta and cheese mixture, garnish with cilantro and green onions.
