Bacon cheese bread
Ingredients:
• 8 bacon strips
• 1/4 cup bacon fat (from your cooked bacon)
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1 cup milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
• 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar
• 3 cups tapioca starch
• 3 tbsp salt
Preparation:
• Preheat oven to 400°F
• Cook bacon until crispy in a large pan
• Blend bacon and bacon fat with the rest of your ingredients and pour batter into a cupcake pan. Top with extra chopped bacon!
• Bake for 25 mins or until golden
• Serve and enjoy!
