Instructions

Step 1
Put the hash browns in the oven

Fry the sausages and leave in the oven to stay warm

Fry the eggs, mushrooms, and bacon. Season the eggs and mushrooms. If you’ve got an air fryer, cool bacon in that to make it extra crispy. To level up your mushrooms, once you’ve flash fried them, add vinegar, butter, and soy sauce and toss them through to level them up!

Warm up the beans and grate the cheese

Lay a wrap down, followed by beans, cheese, and another wrap

Lay down half of all your fillings except for the crispy bacon
Step 7
Fold the sides and wrap around, then seal seam side down in a griddle pan before griddling the other sides
Step 8
Chop up the crispy bacon, and cut the wrap in half, before topping with ketchup and bacon bits
