Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200c
Step 2
Add the chicken breast to a large baking dish and add the herbs and spices. Mix well then chop and dice the red onion and red pepper then add them to the dish
Step 3
Add the rice, passata, bbq sauce and chicken stock to the baking dish and mix well. Cover loosely with tin foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes
Step 4
Remove the dish from the oven and top with the grated cheese and sprinkle over the bacon and spring onion. Place the dish back in the oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
