Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 6 muffin pan. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until runny.
Step 2
Add peanut butter and egg to the bananas and mix well.
Step 3
In a separate small bowl mix the (vanilla) protein powder and baking powder before adding to the wet ingretients.
Step 4
Split the batter between the 6 muffin cups. Top with chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
