Honey harissa halloumi with roasted veggies

Instructions
Step 1
Coat the halloumi with harissa and honey and fry on the pan.
Step 2
Chop carrots, parsnips and onion into large pieces. Season with salt and bake at 180c for 25min. Turn halfway through.
Step 3
When the veg has 5 mins remaining, remove the tray from the oven and drizzle over the honey and harissa.
Return to the oven and bake for the remaining time until caramelised, 5 mins.
