Creamy Peanut Butter Noodles

Quick east asian-style creamy peanut butter noodles. Very high in calories, if you want to reduce them, use less oil or peanut butter or make a different kind of noodle.
If you'd like, use udon noodles, I used linguine. It works as long as your noodles are thick enough.

Chop onion and garlic

Boil noodles with a pinch of salt while preparing the sauce until al dente
Step 3
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan with olive oil on medium-high heat until translucent, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes
Step 4
Take the pan off the heat and mix in peanut butter, water, sesame oil, soy sauce, parsley, lime, and oyster sauce until homogenous.
Step 5
Strain noodles, transfer noodles and sauce onto a plate, mix and serve
