Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then whisk in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Combine Everything: Return steak and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss until everything is fully coated in the creamy Southern garlic Parmesan sauce. Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach if desired.
