Instructions

Step 1
Place noodles in fry pan, diced red pepper, diced carrot, edamame, broccoli, & snap peas. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1 cup broth, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 3/4 tsp of each: cumin, ginger powder, paprika, garlic powder, and red chili powder.
