Filling
Instructions
Step 1
Add all dough ingredient to bread maker and start dough cycle
Step 2
Mix all filing ingredient into a ball. Cover and refregiate
Step 3
cut perchiment paper (about 8~10cm size) for lining and set aside.
Step 4
Divide dough into 8 equal parts and roll them up and rest for 10 min (covered)
Step 5
Divide the filling into 8 equal parts
Step 6
Roll out in a circle (centre is thicker and edge thinner) and place the filling in the centre and gather the edge to make folds. ensure that it does not unfold.
Step 7
Let the bun raise for 30 min
Step 8
Steam the bungs for15 min
