Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork; cook, stirring and breaking up lumps, 5 minutes. Add red onion and green onions. Cook until onions soften and pork is starting to brown, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, lemongrass paste (if using), fish sauce, and crushed red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through and flavors meld, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and mint.
Step 3
3. Serve larb with lettuce leaves and lime wedges, cucumbers, and/or sriracha.
