Instructions

Step 1
Blitz the base ingredients in a blender until smooth

Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Smear with paper towel to help evenly distribute the oil

Pour in 1/4 cup batter, tilt the pan and work in a circular motion to ensure the batter is spread thinly and evenly

Once you notice the edges starting to curl, your crepe is ready to flip. Allow 1-2 minutes to cook on the other side
