Instructions
Step 1
If using discard, prep the night before. If it’s active sourdough, prep 2hrs before. Mix sourdough, flour, starches and milks and cover overnight or for 2hrs.
Step 2
Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mix. The add whisked egg and honey. Create a pancake consistency with the mix.
Step 3
Heat the waffle machine for 5mins while batter sits. Spray with oil then cook, flipping once for a consistent browning.
Step 4
Serve with frozen berries, honey and cinnamon. Enjoy!!
