Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add sourdough starter discard, milk, olive oil, sugar and salt to mix until it forms into a pancake batter like texture.
Step 2
In a heated pan, spray in a bit of cooking oil, pour roughly 1 cup of the sourdough starter discard batter in to slowly cook on medium low heat with the lid on. Add a small amount of oil on top if you like, cook one minute before you flip it, continue to cook the other side until golden brown.
Step 3
Transfer to a plate to cool off , bush garlic oil mixture made with minced garlic, butter and chopped cilantro/parsley/scallion on the top before serving.
