Here are some notes!
The protein powder is optimal (i used Cinnamon danish by MyProtein) and the toppings too, it depends on how you like it.
Ofc if you don't have coconut oil, use the olive one.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg, milk, cinnamon and protein powder together.

Step 2
Cut the slices of toast crosswise and cover them with the mixture.

Fry them in the coconut oil on a pan
Step 4
Now decore them with yoghurt, fruit, nut butter,... anything you like. Bon appétit!
