Instructions

Step 1
Make lime garlic sauce to go with shrimp dish. See recipe in sauces

Marinate shrimp: In a small bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the shrimp:
Step 4
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Step 6
Add lime and cilantro:
Step 7
Remove from heat and toss with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
