Step 1
Marinate Chicken - Marinate your Chicken with Chetty's Jerk Seasoning (Or any Jerk Seasoning/Paste), preferably overnight in zip lock bag or minimum of 2 hours.

Batter Chicken
Step 2
-Grab 2 seperate large bowls
-Pour jerk seasoning into one large bowl #1
-Pour & Mix AP Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Pepper, and Cayenne (if you like it spicy) into large bowl #2.
-Place Chicken into bowl #1.
-Cover Chicken in Jerk Seasoning
-Take out Chicken and put into bowl #2. Completely cover the chicken in dry batter.

Fry Chicken
Step 3
-Pour Vegetable oil into cast iron skillet.
-Heat oil to 350 F
-Carefully place battered chicken into oil
-fry for about 7-10 minutes then flip.
-Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165 F
-When complete place on a wire rack if you have so the oil can drop below to make crispy.

Toast Buns
Step 4
-Heat up frying pan to med-high heat.
-Spread butter on buns and place on pan until golden brown.

Hot Honey Jerk Sauce
Step 5
-Add butter, brown sugar, honey, and jerk seasoning to a small bowl.
-Carefully scoop out oil from your cast iron pan and into bowl.
-mix all together to create your hot honey jerk sauce.

Finish
Step 6
-Place chicken from rack to on the bun.
-Chop up parsley and place some on Chicken
-Chop up green onion and place on Chicken
-Dress the rest how you like! I personally just added Cheese and Mustard.
