My favorite pumpkin bread recipe by my 3rd grade teacher Mrs Welsford
Swap out chocolate chips and nuts for the same measurement of anything else you'd like such as raisins or dried fruits or skip it altogether.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring between each addition
Step 2
Split the batter evenly into 3 1lb loaf pans. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips and nuts on top
Step 3
Place in oven middle rack and bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Step 4
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into 8 slices (half, then half again, then half again) and enjoy
