1 Tbspsun-dried tomato oil
2 tspSazon Tropical
green top
2 tspitalian seasoning
2 tspsmoked paprika
1 tsponion powder
1 tspblack pepper
1shallot

3celery stalks

2carrots
large, diced
½ cupsun-dried tomatoes
chopped
6garlic cloves
minced
3 Tbsptomato paste
3 Tbspbutter
3 Tbspflour
7 cupschicken broth
2 cupsheavy cream
1 tspgarlic butter seasoning
1 tspcrushed red pepper
0.5 bundlerosemary
0.5 bundlethyme
1 lbgnocchi
2 cupsspinach
½ cupparmesan
14 cupfresh basil

Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon until crispy, remove, leave some fat.
Step 2
Rub chicken with sun-dried tomato oil, Sazon, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper; sear chicken to brown on both sides, remove.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté shallots, celery, carrots, sun-dried tomatoes; add garlic in the last 30 seconds, then stir in tomato paste.
Step 4
Add butter + flour, cook for 2 minutes
Step 5
Slowly stir in chicken broth.
Step 6
Add garlic butter seasoning, crushed red pepper, and rosemary & thyme bundle; simmer 20 mins.
Step 7
Remove chicken and shred, then stir in heavy cream and add gnocchi; cook until gnocchi are tender
Step 8
Return shredded chicken to the soup, stir in spinach and Parmesan, and top with fresh basil.
Step 9
Serve with crispy bacon bits on top. Enjoy!
