Step 1

Cut the chicken legs with knife, put in a bowl, add:
2 tea spoon soy sauce,
1 tea spoon cooking wine,
1 tea spoon oil,
1 tea spoon oyster sauce,
some black peppercorns.
Pickle for around 20 mins.
Step 2

Put picked chicken legs into air fryer.
Roughly 12 mins per side.
