Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor

sourdough discardsourdough discard1 Tbsp
butterbutter2 Tbsp
Step 2
Chill for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 325°C
Step 4
Roll out as thin as possible. Cut into squares.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes (This will depend on how thin you can make them. The thinner, the less time they need.)
