Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut squash in half lengthwise, scoop seeds, drizzle with oil/ salt, and place cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast 35-40 min until tender.
Step 2
While baking, cook meat/onion in a skillet.
Step 3
Add marinara sauce and seasonings.
Step 4
When squash is done, use a fork to scrape strands into "noodles."
Step 5
Mix squash with sauce mixture in a 9x13 dish. Top with cheese.
Step 6
Bake 15 min until bubbly.
