Instructions
Step 1
Season hash browns with salt, pepper, and whatever other spices you want (I usually use paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder). With hash brown patties, I like to air fry for 14 mins at 400°; shredded hash browns should be pan fried. They should be a bit crispy to add some texture to the wraps.
Step 2
Pan fry the breakfast sausage on medium, separating pieces until it's just about cooked through.
Step 3
Crack 18 eggs into a large bowl and whisk together with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Once sausage is done, reduce to low heat and add eggs and cook.
Step 5
Assemble wraps: put about a third of a hashbrown in each, some of the eggs, and a bit of cheese. Wrap up and freeze! Bake for 15 mins at 300° for best reheating experience :)
