0.5 lbCajun sausage

2 tblspGarlic
28 ozTomato puree
cajun seasoning
2 leavesbay
1 tblspBell pepper powder
1 tblspCayenne pepper puree
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Cut the top and bottom from onions and slit from center on one side and add to pot , cover with water and boil for 15ish minutes until they start to separate. Reserve liquid
Step 3
Brown sausage in pan and add to large mixing bowl bowl ground beef and uncased boudin
Step 4
Fill onions with meat mixture and roll up and add to 9x13 baking dish
Step 5
For sauce, add 4 cups of the boiling liquid, tomato puree, garlic paste, onion powder, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, cayenne puree, bell pepper powder and bay
Step 6
Pour sauce over onions and cover and cook for 1 hour. Remove cover and cook for 30 minutes
