Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut carrot/s in small nailsized bits, for fast and even cooking, cut small handfull of parsley to preferred size, and cut and peel eraser-sized bit of ginger
Step 2
Boil spaghetti as you normally would, but 1-2min less than you would. Include the carrots in the boiling.
Step 3
Drain water, put the pot away from the heat, and grate the eraser-sized ginger bit with a fine grater. Give a fast, good squirt of lime juice over it all.
Step 4
Mix all over the heat for 1-2 minutes, add parsley. Enjoy
