Instructions

Step 1
1. Prep: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Dry: Weigh the protein powder, self-raising flour, sweetener, and salt into a bowl and whisk.
Step 3
3. Wet: Weigh the Greek yogurt, whole egg, and vanilla extract into a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 4
4. Mix & Fold: Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir until just combined into a thick dough. Fold in the 20 grams of mini chocolate chips.
Step 5
5. Scoop: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll them into balls and slightly flatten them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6
6. Bake: Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the edges are just set and lightly golden.
Step 7
7. Cool (CRUCIAL): Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet for at least 15 minutes before touching them, as they will be fragile when hot.
