1 x 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
1 x 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes fire roasted
3 cupsbeef broth
or 2 if you want it thicker
1chipotle peppers in adobo
minced
2 Tbspadobo sauce
from the can
2 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 tspcumin
1 tsporegano
1 ½ tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper

½ cupshredded sharp cheddar

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat
Step 2
In a large pot, cook the beef (or beef + turkey combo) until browned.

Drain excess fat if needed.

Add aromatics

Add onion + garlic.

Cook until soft, 3–4 minutes.

Add all veggies except spinach

Bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower rice, carrots.

Stir and cook 4–5 minutes.

Add the tomato base
