Whisk 2 eggs, add garlic powder, salt, mushroom salt, and sesame oil. Mix until the yellow and white part of the egg mixed and the seasoning all mixed well.
And turn of a non cast pan, pour 1 table spoon of cooking oil and wait until it gets hot. After the cooking oil seems hot enough, pour the egg mixture gradually and make sure the eggs cool through.
