No kneading pizza dough

A rich, creamy, and cheesy pizza with soft, airy crust. Here is one more flavour of pizza made with my viral pizza dough that so many of you have loved 😋 it gives the perfect Neapolitan style pizza using your home oven. Dough: Mix 160–165g warm water, 1 tsp yeast, 2 tsp sugar. Let bloom till foamy. Add 1½ tbsp oil, 1¼ tsp salt, 240g bread or AP flour → mix into a rough dough. Rest 30 min, then do 2–3 stretch & folds every 30 min. Let rise 1 hr in a warm place. Don’t punch down — keep air bubbles! Assemble: Preheat oven to 270°C (520°F) w/ tray upside down on 2nd rack from bottom. Shape dough by hand (no rolling pin, don’t press edges). Brush crust w/ olive oil + paprika. Slide onto hot tray; bake 7–10 min till golden & crisp. Tips: 🔥 Preheat oven & tray fully for crisp base. 🙌 Don’t deflate dough — air = softness. 🖐️ Stretch gently by hand. 🌾 Mix AP flour + semolina to avoid sticking while shaping 🌿 Use warm (not hot) water ~38–40°C. ⏳ No foam in 10–15 min? Yeast’s inactive.
