fresh or frozen
1 lbsirloin steak
or ribeye, cut into bite-size cubes

2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspunsalted butter
3garlic cloves
minced
1 cupheavy cream
½ cupbeef broth
1 cupshredded monterey jack cheese
¾ cupshredded Gouda cheese
1 tspitalian seasoning
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
1 Tbspfresh thyme leaves
or 1/2 tsp dried
¼ cupParmesan
grated, optional, for garnish

Step 1
Directions:
1. Cook Tortellini: Boil tortellini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear Steak: Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sear steak until golden and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
3. Build Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, beef broth, Italian seasoning, parsley, and thyme. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Add Cheeses: Stir in Monterey Jack and Gouda until smooth and creamy.
5. Combine: Toss in cooked tortellini and steak bites, coating well in the sauce.
6. Serve: Garnish with Parmesan and extra herbs before serving.
