Ingredients

Salmon Bites
1.5 lbSalmon
cut into thick chunks
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
¼ tspChili powder
½ tspOld bay
1 TbspItalian seasoning
1 TbspOlive oil
1 cupPanko
seasoned with same seasonings as above
Avocado oil spray
as necessary
Chipotle Lime Sauce
¼ cupplain Greek yogurt
2 Tbspmayo
½ Tbsphoney
2chipotle peppers
½ TbspRice wine vinegar
0.5juice of lime
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Couscous
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Step 2
Mix seasonings into panko breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Mix together ingredients for chipotle lime sauce.
Step 4
Coat salmon in oil, then dredge in seasoned panko.
Step 5
Bring water to a boil. Add butter and chicken bullion.
Step 6
Put salmon in air fryer at 380°F for 12-13 mins, flipping halfway.
Step 7
Once water is boiling, stir in couscous. Cover with lid and reduce heat to low, simmer 8-10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
