Instructions
Step 1
Turn on oven broiler, bring pot of salted+oiled water to boil,
put large oven-proof pan over medium heat on different burner,
Add (broken) lasagna noodles to boiling water-cook 4 minutes
Step 2
Fry garlic until fragrant,
Add crushed tomatoes to pan,
Season/reduce sauce with basil, salt, pepper, chili flakes
Step 3
Place lasagna noodles into sauce,
Remove sauce from heat
Step 4
Add marscapone and mozzarella,
Sprinkle Parmesan and olive oil,
Step 5
Broil the pan for about 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and a little browned
