remove and keep aside

sauté capsicum cook for 2 minutes

back into the rice → mix on high flame for 1-2 minutes

Instructions
Step 1
Scramble the eggs:

Heat 1 tbsp oil → add eggs → scramble → remove and keep aside.

Sauté veggies:

Add another 1 tbsp oil → sauté garlic, onion → add carrot & capsicum → cook for 2 minutes.

Add rice:

Add cooked rice → mix gently.

Add sauces & spices:

Add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and salt → mix well.

Add the scrambled eggs:

Add eggs back into the rice → mix on high flame for 1–2 minutes.

Serve hot:

Garnish with spring onions if you have them.
