Chicken Tikka Sausage Rolls

Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°c fan.
Step 2
Dice the onion finely, then heat the olive oil in a pan and cook gently until softened. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Step 3
Put the chicken mince in a large bowl, grate in the carrot and add the tikka paste. Add the cooled onion and mix well until combined.
Step 4
Unroll the puff pastry and cut in half. For each half, add the filling into the middle of the pastry sheet into an equal cylinder shape.
Step 5
Roll the pastry tightly and use a fork to crimp and seal the edges.
Step 6
Cut into six pieces per sheet, making twelve rolls in total. Add rolls onto two lined baking trays.
Step 7
Brush each roll with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or air fryer for 20 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Step 9
Cool slightly, serve and enjoy!
