Step 1
1. Slice the garlic thinly and cut the dried chili.

2. Add olive oil and add sliced garlic and dried peppers to a pan over medium-low heat and sautΓ© until fragrant.

3. Pour 2 cups (480 ml) of water into the pan and add the pasta directly. Stir occasionally as it cooks.

4. Add 1/2 Tbsp tuna fish sauce and adjust the seasoning. If needed, finish with a little salt.

5. When a bit of sauce remains, turn off the heat and drizzle 1β2 Tbsp more olive oil.
