Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the sides of a 15x10 Jelly roll pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2
On low setting in mixer, combine the canned pumpkin, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until fully mixed.
Step 3
Pour in the 1 cup maple syrup and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Mix in the eggs, applesauce, and avocado oil until well blended
Step 5
Gradually add the 2 cups of gluten-free flour andmixuntil combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
