Cheesy Chicken Gnocchi
A delicious dish featuring gnocchi, chicken, mushrooms, and rosa tomatoes, all coated in a reduced fat cheese sauce. Perfect for a cozy meal.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in a small pot with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add in the gnocchi and allow to boil until the gnocchi float. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan and spray with non-stick spray.
Step 4
Add the chicken strips, season them, and allow them to brown.
Step 5
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and allow them to brown.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes, seasoning along the way.
Step 7
Add the reduced fat cheese sauce to the gnocchi, stir, and allow the sauce to coat each piece.
Step 8
Serve the gnocchi in a bowl and add the chicken mixture on top, then enjoy!
