Step 1
Mix warm water, yeast & sugar. Cover and let rise for 5 minutes
Step 2
In a large bowl, weigh out the flour. Add the salt, oil and prepared yeast mixture. Knead dough until smooth. Cut dough into 4 equal portions & roll into balls. Cover & allow to rise for 60-90 minutes (until dough has doubled in size).
Step 3
Shape the dough into pizza bases. Add the toppings & then bake the pizza’s in a 245°C oven for 10-15 minutes.
