Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion until golden, then add ginger garlic paste.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and cashews and green chilli (optional) to pot and grind ingredients until smooth with a stick blender. Then cook on high heat until the raw tomato smell goes away.
Step 3
Add butter chicken masala, and chicken pieces, and stir until half cooked.
Step 4
Add milk and butter, and cook until finished. Add salt to taste.
Step 5
Serve garnished with coriander.
