Instructions

Step 1
Add the instant oat cereal, milk, and eggs to a bowl and whisk until combined.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of Lotus Biscoff spread and the caramel syrup and mix again. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Step 4
When the pan is hot, spoon 2 tbsp of mixture into the pan and spread into little pancake shapes.
Step 5
Cook the first side for 2 minutes until little bubbles appear on the surface, then flip over to cook the other side until golden.
Step 6
Once the first batch is cooked, stack them on a plate and cover in foil to keep warm.
Step 7
Spread a little of the rest of the Lotus Biscoff spread onto each pancake and top with the crushed biscuit.
